2015 A Year in Review

Wow, I have to say, this year was pretty epic for me, in so many ways both with my business and personal life! There were so many exciting ‘firsts’ for us along with getting to work with a whole list of amazing clients.  I’m not really sure how 2016 can compete with 2015, but here’s to starting new!

With that being said, let me share with you our Holiday card we sent out to friends and family. Since I love little pranks (yes, I’m a huge fan of April fools) I included something special on our card, just make sure to read the fine print ;)

So, let’s start off with the beginning of the year!

January: Fabulous Ongoing Project

I finished and launched the new brand and website for the oh-so-lovely Adrienne Bosh and her new boutique Sparkle and Shine Darling! From the logo, stationery, website, products, packaging, etc…we worked together on it all

March: Trip to Miami

As you can tell I don’t take time to travel much, nor do we take vacations. But in March we were invited down south and had sooo much fun. Great company, warm weather, gorgeous scenery, delicious food, courtside basketball games, and getting to see my designs come to life!

MAY: Got Hitched in NC! (see HERE and HERE)

Not only did we get married, but back in beautiful Wilmington, NC. I sure do miss living in that beach town and so very lucky to have had my closest friends and family with us for our wedding. Bonus, we were featured on Style Me Pretty too as one of my last blogger bride posts!

June: Bought our first home

Holy crazy couple months, from March through June…it was literally non-stop for us. And of course as you know, the minute we closed in June I started the design process ;)

September: Bittersweet Moments

We said goodbye to our beautiful family house that I called home for the past 12 years, so many wonderful memories that I’ll cherish forever ;)

December: The Firsts!

Not only did we get our first real tree, we also (as you know) got little Reginald ‘Curry’ – Our crazy little mini dachshund..who I might as well add is definitely giving us a taste of parenthood! This little guy doesn’t like to be alone for more than 30 seconds, and is quite the little biter!

In between these big moments this past year were some other pretty great ones too, from meeting new friends, new babies, fun parties, and many of laughs. With that being said 2015 is definitely one for the books!
