This can vary, but a brand design package can take 4-6 weeks and a custom Showit website can take about 4-5 weeks. These vary on revisions, complexity and needs.

Of course! I LOVE creating brand items, from stationery, packaging, cover designs, etc. Before we hop on a consult together I ask that you put together a full list of your ‘design wants’ so we can go over them in our call.

I personally prefer to work with you from the ground up, but I understand budget & timelines can be tricky. If you are wanting a slight logo tweak or help with a current website (design-only), I would recommend doing my VIP Design Day. This will allow you to get me for a full 8 hours to work on your design wishlist.

We LOVE Showit! I can’t rave enough about how great this platform is for creatives and entrepreneurs! You can peek at their pricing below. Keep in mind, you’ll have to make sure your domain & email are hosted somewhere too (I recommend Google or Hover). P.S. with Showit, you don’t need to know code and you’ll be able to easily make future edits. 

Yes and No ;) - I focus on the Showit platform, which is not made for large e-commerce shops. I typically recommend Showit (with a 3rd party cart) for businesses who not only have an informational website, but selling a small number of products (15-30). If you are primarily an E-Commerce shop, I am available for design and would work with your chosen developer to bring it to life (ex: a Shopify developer). 

At the beginning of the design process, I do a consultation with you to make sure our styles are on the same page and we will be able to collaborate together to create your brand. When you purchase a package you will pay a 1/4 or 1/3 non-refundable deposit, so if you feel we are not creating the design and look that you wanted to achieve you will not be required to pay the remaining balance. This rarely happens and do my best to make sure we are a perfect fit! 

Unfortunately I reserve any custom lettering for my custom projects, semi-custom brands and for those who hire me for a VIP day.

I offer template customization (HERE) and do prefer to start with a Saffron Avenue template as I’m very well versed in how it’s setup and organized. If you do have another template, I recommend reaching out, as an additional cost may be added.
