As someone who uses Canva constantly to create on-brand designs, I can say this update is a total game-changer. I’ve already used it with my Flodesk Email Templates in the shop, and yes—it saves time and keeps everything looking cohesive.

What Is the Flodesk + Canva Integration?

Previously, if you wanted to use your Canva template designs in Flodesk, it meant downloading, uploading, tweaking, and re-uploading any time you made a change.

It worked, but it wasn’t exactly efficient.

Now, with the Flodesk + Canva integration, you can connect your Canva account directly to Flodesk, insert designs straight from your folders, and edit them live. Make an update in Canva, hit save, and it will automatically reflect in your Flodesk email. No re-uploading necessary.

3. Upload into Flodesk

3. See it update instantly in Flodesk

How to Use Canva with Flodesk (Step-by-Step)

Here’s how to use the Canva Flodesk integration:

1. Open your email in the Flodesk email editor
2. Click the “+” button and select “Canva”
3. Connect your Canva account
4. Choose from your Canva folders or designs
5. Click “Insert” to drop it into your email
6. To make edits, click “Update Design”
7. Canva will open directly—just edit and save. Flodesk will auto-sync the new version
