    I agree that learning a new habit takes time but definitely worth it for our health! I Always try to drink a glass of water first thing when I wake up! I am going to try out the tea before coffee. I know tea has lots of benefits and I am looking forward to see positive changes. Thank you!

    Hi Angela! Thanks so much for sharing this list—so helpful!! I especially love the idea of jotting down everything on your mind before you go to bed. I often find myself wide awake at 3am thinking of (dreading) everything I need to do the next day!! It never seems so bad in the light of day, right? And a list is even better! Also, had to leave a comment, because I’m a fellow murder mystery fan!! I found the “Miss Fisher” series on Netflix a few years ago, and have recently started reading the books—definitely recommend if you’re looking for something fun to read! xoxo
