I decided to join a gym. This is the first time I have really put effort into a better lifestyle and a better body. Yes I did p90x for like 2 weeks, tried to eat healthier more than once, and even joined a gym back in the day. I think I’m going on my 3rd or 4th week of consistent exercise..and it’s lovely! I’m still trying to figure out what exactly I need to do so I am currently trying this workout below…as well as eating much better. Although I realized after doing Les Millsbody pump, I’m pretty sore the next day so I’m thinking to purely do cardio Tuesday and Thursday. But, I thought I would share this with you all and get a little inspiration out there for you! Enjoy!
