Hi friends, I accidentally skipped a day on posts but I am back with a Tips + Tools series for you! I wanted to create this type of series along with the Tutorials + Freebies to help you learn more about websites, design, and the basics of understanding your brand, website, business, and blogging. Today I am focusing on understanding logo file types and formats which includes .jpg, .png, .pdf, etc., and how/when to use them. This comes in handy for a lot of my clients when it comes to their logo files because I do give them various different formats. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions!
If you click on my affiliates/products/advertisers links, I may receive a tiny commission. P.S. the products that I share are the ones I believe in.
Thanks so much for this! I was trying to design something the other day and couldn’t understand why an image’s background wasn’t transparent. Now I do! This info will definitely come in handy.
You’re welcome, I’m glad I could help!
This is fantastic and so helpful. Now I won’t feel like a dummy when it comes to file types!
Ha, there are so many of them too..and it is so much easier to show this than to try and explain!
This is awesome! I’m new to graphic design and have been teaching myself a few things here and there. This is so helpful – thanks for posting!
Awesome tips! Pinning now!
I am so glad I happened upon this. I found it on Pinterest. It clearly explains differences that I never quite understood. I am pinning and tweeting! Thanks.
Glad to help out!
