I typically do not post these until the weekend..but since it is almost my Holiday break I figured why not! Since I am in that Christmas spirit I thought a red cocktail would be appropriate, hence the pomegranate tart..for everyone who loves those somewhat sour drinks! It is pretty easy too, just mix together raspberry rum, cranberry liqueur, pomegranate juice, with a splash of lime juice!
