Welp…just posted the 4th installment of my favorite fonts about 20 days late..oops, but better late than never! This month are two pretty different (from each other) fonts that I’m currently coveting. From a messy brush script, to a classic serif family. So, check out below my Favorite Fonts of the Month : Volume 04! P.S. SEE THEM ALL HERE
La Parisienne
You’ve probably have seen this little lady running around all over Pinterest (or the ‘daily’ words on my instagram stories), but she is a fun and messy hand-lettered script from Sinnika Li. Even better, it comes with a few stylistic ligatures created for different letter connections (which Opentype is needed for). And definitely check out her other fonts too…I’ve heard we have very similar hand-lettering styles (aka: I wish I could make fonts for you)!

BASKERVILLE
Okay, so this classy serif font family tends to be my go-to when designing invitations, etc. AKA: if you are looking for a nice classic, flexible, and timeless serif…I recommend the Baskerville font family. As you can see above, switching up the typeface or even adding additional kerning to the font can give it a different look, style, and feel. Hence why I’m such a fan :)

I love these choices! I’ve been particularly partial to baskerville lately too! Also, a quick question! May I ask what font you’re using for the header of each font? It is also the font saying “filed in” -> looks like a very clean, sans-serif font? I love it!
