Happy Monday my lovelies! Guess what..I’m on another Podcast! This time I’ve been asked to chat with Haley over at the CEO Vibes Podcast about turning your service into a passive product! As you may know, I have quite a few years of experience doing this and was very excited to chat about it and my little journey.

How I turned my design service into a passive product

A Little Overview

+   Understanding that not everything needs to be a business, it’s good to have hobbies that do not put pressure on you to bring in income.

+   My business journey: How my business evolved, the ‘avenues’ I took to grow, the things I failed at, and why the process was so important.

+   The goals and passion behind my online Shop. Why I want it to feel like a ‘custom’ design experience, but without breaking the bank.

+   How to know what your passive income product would be. Trying to figure out that one thing you are really excited about and growing from it.

+   Why ‘Marketing’ doesn’t come naturally to me on Instagram and why I choose Pinterest as my ‘tool’.

+   How I used Pinterest to grow my business and why I trust it so much.

+    The TWO biggest things I recommend when creating a semi-passive or passive product!

Some Additional Tips

– I’ll dive into this more very soon, but since recording this podcast last month I’ve been using The Profit Planner Lounge. I’m sure you’ve already noticed a difference (showing up more here and on my email list) and I have to say, I will definitely recommend it if you are looking to grow the passive or semi-passive part of your business ;)

– I reference the book “Great Leads” which I finished in a day and recommend if you need help with your ‘messaging’

– Not only that but “Building a Story Brand” is another great book that should be on your list asap!

– As you grow…try to outsource! I’m currently doing that now and have The Halcyon Hive managing my Pinterest account. Not only that, but she also creates some of my Instagram graphics and blog posts too. AKA: That means I really do not have to spend as much time promoting those products but instead creating new content and products!
