Hi friends, I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and a great time with family! Since the Holiday is over and we are only 5 months away from our wedding I am starting a new fitness plan and wanted to share it with you. Now in the past year I’ve done 90×3 and body beast and quickly realized how much more I enjoyed lifting than cardio. So, I found a new site that I thought had a good plan that hopefully with build muscle and trim any fat, called Muffin Topless.
The other reason why I’m starting a new plan is because I just received my wedding dress (pre-owned)! Unfortunately it’s quite tight around my hips and butt so my first step is to try and tone up and lose any fat (which is basically hanging around my hips..surprise, surprise). My ultimate goal is to not lose pounds, but to replace any fat with muscle. My only real struggle is in the kitchen! I can handle the workouts, but really understanding what to eat and when is beyond difficult for me..making sure I’m eating what my body needs.
Also, as you can see from the Muffin Topless programs a lot of the body fit program has machine type lifts..so I have adapted the workout to do at home with my weights. I’m currently working on a meal plan now and will share that with you soon too!

Your chart is so pretty! I’ll be right there with ya once the 9-5 wraps up… sitting at a desk all day does terrible things to your body.

Did you create this chart yourself from the 12 week plan? I wanted to do something similar because I just purchased the program!

I need to rejoin the workout party..I’ve been slacking for about 3weeks now.
That’s the worst…having to get back into it! Although I hate doing it, it does feel pretty great after :)
I could do with more a 3 week workout plan seeing as I’ve got my first sunny holiday of the year booked early May. Good workout plan though for those people that don’t have or don’t want to sign up for gym membership.
I agree, and I have been incorporating it into the Kayla Itsines workout lately..that one is really good for anyone without access to heavy weights! (and I’ve dev. seen results too)!
I’ll have to look into that! Some exercise is better than none, right? :)
