Hi friends, I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and a great time with family! Since the Holiday is over and we are only 5 months away from our wedding I am starting a new fitness plan and wanted to share it with you. Now in the past year I’ve done 90×3 and body beast and quickly realized how much more I enjoyed lifting than cardio. So, I found a new site that I thought had a good plan that hopefully with build muscle and trim any fat, called Muffin Topless.
The other reason why I’m starting a new plan is because I just received my wedding dress (pre-owned)! Unfortunately it’s quite tight around my hips and butt so my first step is to try and tone up and lose any fat (which is basically hanging around my hips..surprise, surprise). My ultimate goal is to not lose pounds, but to replace any fat with muscle. My only real struggle is in the kitchen! I can handle the workouts, but really understanding what to eat and when is beyond difficult for me..making sure I’m eating what my body needs.
Also, as you can see from the Muffin Topless programs a lot of the body fit program has machine type lifts..so I have adapted the workout to do at home with my weights. I’m currently working on a meal plan now and will share that with you soon too!
