I typically do not like dark rum and plain brut champagne…but if I were to add some honey to it, I think I would feel otherwise! Air Mail is cross between French 75 and honey bee. Possibly give it a try this weekend??
– 2 oz Gold Rum
– 1/2 oz lime juice
– 1 tsp honey
– 5 oz brut champagne
Mix rum, lime, and honey together thoroughly and then fill with champagne!
