I stumbled on these absolutely beautiful paintings by Nina Nolteand couldn’t resist sharing them, they are so colorful and so realistic! I also love that these women are decked with jewels, big shades, turbans, and cocktails. Who wouldn’t want to lounge by a pool looking like that! Not only that, but I love the title of the paintings, “The Best Is Yet To Come”. Isn’t that the truth! I can’t help but constantly remind myself that even better things are to come. I still cannot believe that just months ago I up and moved to NC hoping to God that I would find a job and start building my career. I have been beyond lucky (and with hard work) have met great people and am fortunate to be doing just that. Everyday I am designing, learning new things, being challenged, and pushing myself to do more and be better. So yeah, I would love one of these paintings…..for just that, knowing someday I will be lounging poolside, with my big shades, delicious cocktails, and relaxing with my girlfriends. Until then, I’ll be enjoying my queen size air-mattress and the $4 bottle of riesling I just bought. Enjoy and have a lovely night!
