Since summer has officially came to an end I thought I would cheer us all up by bringing out a super summery/fruity cocktail called the perfect peach bellini. I am a sucker for not only fruit drinks, but also for peaches..so when I stumbled on this recipe I had to share it with everyone else. Side note: I do not think I have ever seen lychees before so I am currently on the hunt for them..and unfortunately starting to believe Wisconsin doesn’t have them :) I’m thinking I will substitute it for raspberries. Enjoy and drink up!
