WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TURN TIMES?

Feel free to check out my process page here, there will be detailed information regarding both the branding process as well as the full branding and website process. Project time frames will vary due to client response times {revisions, content, etc} and require a set schedule prior to starting your project. Rush services are available at an additional cost if necssary.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES + METHODS ACCEPTED?

Payment for services is submitted through a Paypal invoice. All branding project payments are due in two parts, a 50% non-refundable payment is due prior to work beginning and to hold your spot in the que. The second half of the project payment is delivered at project completion, before final files are delivered and/or website is launched. Depending on the complete total cost, various payment options are available. All print costs are due before items are sent to the printer.

DO YOU HOST THE WEBSITES YOU DESIGN?

No, the domain name and hosting services must be purchased by client and setup prior to starting my services. Saffron Avenue is not responsible for server downtime, email issues, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site. We recommend that you use bluehost.com or hostgator.com for your domain purchase and hosting services. The Saffron Avenue website package does not include future WordPress CMS update compatibility issues for your site, but does offer website maintenance for updates (recommended every 6-12 months), etc for an additional cost. After the launch of the site all sales are final and all additional work will be quoted and billed at our hourly rate {currently $75 per hour}. Client must provide Saffron Avenue with FTP access to their server as well as login information for WordPress.

HOW DOES THE DEVELOPMENT WORK?

I work with a great team of developers who take my designs and bring them to life, we work with you to make sure you are included in the process and open to ask any questions. We do our best to inform you of each step to makes sure you are in the loop. We do our best to stay on schedule with the desired launch time, but please note that some issues do arise that may push back the launch time. All times are estimated and are goals.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?

At the beginning of the design process I do a consultation with you to make sure our styles are on the same page and we will be able to collaborate together to create your brand. When you purchase a package you will pay a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you feel we are not creating the design and look that you wanted to achieve you will not be required to pay the remaining balance

HOW SOON CAN I START? 

I wish I could start immediately! Unfortunately my  availability is very limited due to high demand and only able to take on a few clients a month (approximately 4 – 5) to ensure a quality product and client satisfaction.  It depends on my schedule and when you are able to begin, I never want to rush through a project and truly want to focus on each clients goals and brand. Some brand and web packages may take up to 5 months for completion and set back future projects. I try my best to stay on schedule but cannot guarantee strict timeframes. I typically have a waiting time of 2-3 months.

WHAT SETS YOU APART?

After re-launching and re-branding my own business I decided to take a step back and really focus on my clients and their business. I want to spend more time with each client to build their brand as well as work with them to set goals and learn how to grow their business beyond just the new design. I look for clients who are serious about their new venture and are ready to invest into a new business identity. I strive to make each project independent from the other and create a brand that is memorable and unique. I also want to step outside the box with each website and brand and look for clients who are comfortable doing just that. I love pushing the limits and trying new things!

DO YOU HAVE SET BUSINESS HOURS?

Yes I do, I want to respect my clients time as well as my family’s time and will now have set office hours. You can email or call me Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm. I typically respond to any after hour emails the following business day.
