Oofta, finally!! I have seriously been working on this site, logo, business materials, pricing, etc for months..maybe even a year. It is very hard to work on a personal project when I have on-going client projects. I may have procrastinated a bit more because it’s definitely nerve-wrecking showing everyone a personal design, eeeek. When I decided to take the leap to go full time I also decided I need to brand myself as a business..with a full website (finally). I want to put as much info as I can on my site for potential clients, so they can see what I do, who I am, and how I run my business.
With the entire re-launch/re-brand I started with my logo (long time coming). As always I am not super crazy about it, but I like that it’s my own creation and that it is simpler than the last. I made the logo a bit more ‘saffron’ colored and added a few other color accents, minty blue, blush pink, light ivory, sand, and dark grey. I will always love that retro look, so I put a bit of a retro spin on the entire brand, yet making sure I keep it super clean and a little modern.
