Yippeee, the first thing on our list to do for our home was to paint and finish my office. Yes, highly important and highly exciting! Since starting my little business three years ago I have never had an office to myself. In the past I’ve had it in my bedroom, living room, and most recently had it in the same room as our home gym…which proved to be difficult. So, to say I’m a bit excited to have my own space is an understatement! The first thing I did was create an inspiration board..and now I’m about to go shopping!

I can paint it pink, add a few lamps, my eames chair, and even a fur rug..without my husband complaining (he thinks I have too many lamps and Eames chairs) I can also put a small bar in it, a couple styled bookcases, and of course plenty of pictures and artwork. With that being said, I chose Blanched Coral from Benjamin Moore (Blanched Coral 886, regal select, eggshell finish) as my color, at first I was just going to do it as an accent wall, but the color was quite pale so I told my husband to keep painting. It ended up drying much brighter, so it’s definitely a noticeable pink in my small room…but I still love it! For now, enjoy the little sneak peek and stay tuned!
